As you all know my husband walked out once he got his Advanced Parole, Work Authorization, and SS card. His greencard is still processing, but should be issued at anytime. I am withdrawing my affidavit of support and realize that this will stop the processing of his greencard with me being held liable for him. My question is what happens in regard to his advanced parole and work authorization? Do they still stay into effect for the granted time or do they become void as well?

Thank you, Lord!

It's my understanding that his 'temp cards' (cause that's what EAD and AP really are, TEMP things to use whilst the casefile is being processed)

will be invalidated right after the I-864 is formally withdrawn (IE - USCIS actually accepts the withdrawal letter from you)

He won't know of it, until he tries to use the EAD on form I-9, but then IF and ONLY IF an employer uses E-Verify.

You pull the affidavit the petition dies so the green card dies. When it is dead the items issued based on it's pending status are also dead. He may find out if he checks his case status online and makes a few calls or tries to use any of the above documents ( lets hope he is trying to use PA to re enter the US and gets refured, it couldn't happen to a much more deserving creature. ) Don't forget the locks the card and the keys

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
