I am sorry I know this question, was asked before ......I just came from Nigeria and my Fiance forgot to give me his letter of intent to marry, so he justed typed and signed it in blue ink and he scanned and emailed it to me. I hope its ok as far as the signature is concerned or does he have to mail it to me?.....How did everyone else get your letter...please:help:

By mailing it. You need the original. I don't care how "real" it looks. Do you really want them picking you up on the fact you tried to fake an "original" signature? Especially for such a high fraud country.

Also, it's I-129F petition. The F is important because it means fiance. I-129 (no F) is for a non-immigrant worker.

Thank you so much ok we need original....and yes I do know that its I-129F it was a typo.....Thanks again

To the best of my understanding it requires an original signature.

He can send via FedEx/UPS/DHL and should get here in 3 -5 days or so, will be pricey. I think N13,000

Or he can send it from the post office N1,000, will get here in 2 weeks.

Thank you so much
