Hi,

My Green Card expires in October and I know that I am supposed to file my I-751 three months in advance, so I am ready to do it now. I am going to go on the USCIS website but I also wanted to get some instructions on how to do it and what documents I need. I am hoping that instructions from people who have actually did it combined with the instructions will help do it the right way with no mistakes.

Please provide me with as much info as possible.

Thanks so much for your help.

Your card expires in October which means you probably aren't due to file until July. Remember it's 90 days, not 3 months, and that you do it DURING the 90 days, not before, not after.

Also, please update your profile to reflect "AOS (approved)" instead of pending.
