Hello,

The passport-style photos of my fiancé and I that I am submitting with the application for the K-1 visa petition are supposed to have the name of the people pictured written in "pencil or felt pen" on the back of each photograph. However, I would like to use labels to make sure that nothing gets smudged off in handling. Has anyone done this? Will this generate an RFE (Request for Evidence)?

Thanks,

Roy

"pencil or felt pen" is so people don't push too hard and leave and imprint on the photo (usually) so I'm sure a label would be fine. I would personally WRITE on the labels and then affix them.

The point is don't do anything on the back, that would be visible on the front.
