I am looking at the form DS230 - Immigration for Immigration visa. Please I was just wondering if it is ok to fill out the form, scan and email it to my spouse for her signature. After signing it, she can then mail it back to me by fedex or DHL whichever is cheaper. Please advise. Thanks.

Why not have the beneficiary fill it out? Why do you need to fill it out?

But to answer your question, yes - the beneficiary will need an original signature to send to NVC

I can scan and email the form to the beneficiary for her to fill it out and sign, then she can mail it out to me. I hope that is ok.

Yes, you can...but I would suggest to do little bit differnt.

a> Same as your idea fill out, Scan and email it to your spouse

b> On email also send link for DS230

c> Ask your spouse to print out your scaned document ( Master copy) and fill out DS230 herself using the link

d> Print out the Original copy of DS230

e> Asked her to sign Part 1 ( page -2) in BLUE ink

f> Try to find out the best option to mail or if you know someone is coming from your native country soon, that might be the best deal.... :P:P:P
