My wife and daughter is being petitioned under F2A. Wife is pregnant with 2nd child and their PD is May 26, 2010. I am eligible to file for Citizenship in September 2012. Wife's due date to give birth is Jan 28, 2013. Philippine Airlines will accept her if she would leave up to 3rd week of December max.

With a PD of May 26, 2010 an estimate is September to November when the PD will become current.

With vaccines I think she is complete but the influenza one I believe is yearly, in case there are vaccines like this that cant be taken, and she needs to, will the doctor not endorse her or will the doctor just stamp it with waived or something. We dont have issues with Xray though since there is a cover.

Should I just continue petitioning them under F2A come September? So that if she gives birth there NEW BABY will just be added and not left out like when I upgrade to IR1?

What will you do with these dates close together?
