Hi I was just reading some timelines here and I got extremely confused :huh: I saw a couple from Charlotte, NC who got the GC in a month and a half without interview!!!!!!!! :hehe: How can this be possible? I mean....is it possible that you might get the GC without having an interview??

Weird things happen nowadays.... :blink:

Look at the CSC tranferees and see if any of them were adjusting from a K-3. I've had this impression that it was only K-1s, then I started thinking it could be AOS from 'other' and then I started wondering about K-3s.

I (and my son) were among the lucky CSC transferees and we were eventually approved without interview. I did not come in as a K1 (nor K3). Don't know if I'm the exception to the rule or if there is any rule at all. :)

We were approved just two weeks after being transferred to CSC and with out an interview. Whole process only took 2 months and 20 days.

I guess we were very lucky.

:thumbs: Our paper was transfered to CSC, we were puzzled too! Then I got an RFE but we just followed what they wanted for that RFE and after 2 weeks of submission of the RFE requirements I was approved, meaing my AOS was approved after 8mos of application only!!! Without interview anymore!!! WE are one of the lucky ones I guess!!!

1) Your DO has to allow it... some DO's want to interview everybody...
