I am confused what to type in 'applicant's employment last 5 yrs...

Jan2009-June2012 I am self-employed, so no employer, do I put 'none' in 'occupation'?

Oct2008-Dec.2008- I worked

2004-2006 I worked

Do I just put Oct2008-Dec.2008 because I worked that time, and not include the years Jan2009-2012 because I have no employer and am self-employed?

and I no longer include 2004-2006 employment anymore?

Can you pls help me arrange this. I hope you understand what I am trying to say here. Thank you

Aloha!!

I have the same situation too.. Just focus on the last 5 years of your employment history..

If your not employed just put it none, be sure not to leave a gap.

look at this example from VJ..

hehe, salamat, bali pwede nyo ako tulungan pano arrange yung sa applicants employment history kung ano dapat una sa box.

eh, Jan2009-June2012 self-employed ako, so ilagay ko sa name and address of employer is self-employed, sa occupation self-employed, yr from Jan2009-June 2012.

Tapos sa 2nd box, employed ako Oct2008-Dec. 2008 so I fill the boxes.

Sept2007-Oct2008 am unemployed so I put unemployed in Name and Address of Employer and Occupation.

am confused kung ano unahin ko sa box bali tama ba dapat Jan2009-June2012 una? or 2007-2008 muna?
