I downloaded the I-129F form from the USCIS.gov website but the expiration date says 02/29/2012 then right next to where I download the form they say this:

11/23/10; (06/14/10; 02/19/10 editions also accepted)

Note on Expiration: USCIS continues to accept the 11/23/10 edition of Form I-129F available here despite the passing of the form's expiration date. An updated form will be posted as soon as it becomes available.

Since the 02/29/2012 form is not considered an accepted edition where do I find the acceptable editions or is this form acceptable because I downloaded it directly from the USCIS.gov website. I called USCIS but I was told "I cannot tell you which form to fill out or what to write on a form"... So if they cannot tell me if I am filling out the right form who can? lol I don't mean to be rude but aren't they supposed to be the one helping me out with my questions when it comes to forms. Anyway if someone could please advise me in what to do. Thank you very much!

The most current up-to-date form you download directly from the USCIS website is the correct form to use.

The other expired editions they list are to say if someone already had that form and filled it out, it will still be accepted as well.

You're reading the wrong date. It's the EDITION date that matters, not the expiration. You'll see at the bottom of the pages on the right it says "Form I-129F (Rev 11/23/10) Y". So it's fine.
