I have a conditional green card, husband is USC, and we just moved.

I know we need to notify USCIS of our move, but how/where? I think I read somewhere that one of us can do it online, while the other has to submit an actual form?

Also, I have a co-sponsor (my father-in-law) who also recently moved, does he have to submit a change of address form as well?

Married since 03/02/2011, AOS from F-1 visa, green card granted 05/24/2011.
Blessed with a healthy baby boy, 08/19/2011! We get to keep our family together! Thank you! smile.png

you can change your address online uscis.or you can call the customer service number,an don't forget thesponser needs to change the address also form,1-865.

You can fill out an AR-11 (change of address) online at https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa you should also print a copy for your records (so that if down the line USCIS claims you never did it you have evidence to back up that you actually did).

I believe your father-in-law would need to complete and mail in an I-865 (sponsor's change of address): http://www.uscis.gov/i-865

Thanks for the replies.

So co-sponsors are also considered sponsors and need to report changes of address, meanin both my husband (sponsor) and father in law (co-sponsor) each submit an I-865?

Hello

I need to find out what forms that we would need when moving to a new address, we are already married I have the 2year green card/work visa. Does anybody know which forms we need for change of address, I know that it states somewhere that we have only 30 days

One more question; I seem to have forgotten my brain somewhere in everything that's happened the past year.

Do I have an A-number now that I have my green card? Or do I leave that part blank?
