Yes, it's possible!

They don't have to live with you. You will have to factor in any of the sponsor's dependents into the equation re: meeting poverty guidelines, however.

Another question, so I don't have to just make another thread:

On the form, where I fill in my fiance's details, it says "state" and... I have no idea what to put. He said the state would be Cheshire... But how would I initial that? Or do I even initial that?

I'm confused... ?

Just type out the whole thing. On the example form, they just skip the state part, since there is not one: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

Also, it is my understanding that if you are going through the consulate in London, then only the co-sponsor needs to fill out the form and provide their financial documents. You may want to check in your regional forum about that.
