you can call USCIS when they are open.

Suggest you ask for an ISO, then get an ISO, then inquire about the status of the casefile.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Still waiting for NOA2.. :( I know it has been only 30 days and they said upto 60 days but getting impatient.

I know, how FRUSTRATING it is....the worse thing is there is no official word ( at least i did not find) whether they will start to count your PD when you upgrade or when you initially filled.

The only thing I can suggest is to contact OMBUDSMAN (if you already did it, thats Great)....down the row, it might help to expedite your case (USCIS ERROR)....

Called them and they said you will have to wait for 60 days to ger over before calling. I asked for ISO but he said he can't transfer it.

alas.

I just got an email that it is approved.... :) I'm so happy.... Thanks for the help and support guys....

Now will have to wait for case # to be assigned right?

On July 16, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
