Does she have a valid visa?

If her visa is still valid she can hop on a plane. If it's expired she needs to apply for a new one.

she has a valid visa till 8/2013 with 1 entry

That's one RECORDED entry, probably. I was asking if a number on the visa.

Sometimes there is, sometimes there is a letter.

Where was the 1 inside the passport, btw?
