I am currently living in japan and have been for about one year. My wife and I have been married for three years and came to Japan to help take care of an ill relative. On the I-864 question 15 Country of Domicile do I put USA? I understand that I need to provide evidence of this since I am living in Japan. This is what I have...

Bank account in both of our names that has been maintained in the US with my mothers address.

My drivers license which does not expire for another two years.

A student loan in my name with my mothers address.

I will mention that my mother will be letting us stay with her once we get back to the US until we are able to find jobs and get our own place.

Filed taxes for the previous three years.

Does this evidence look efficient?

Thanks for the help.
