I don't understand why they transferred our petition from California Service Center to Vermont Service Center... for background checks. It's....... unreasonable. lol Anybody has thoughts on this? lol

Did someone get into trouble with immigration before?

Did anyone commit any crimes before?

Does anyone have a ban?

Do you have any red flags in your relationship?

Did the American petition another foreigner before?

Did the American used to live in another country and he came to USA on a marriage/fiance visa?

Usually when the case is transferred, at this point, it will take over a year to get your NOA2.

I hope I am wrong

Good Luck

I hope they decide soon and approve your petition. Is the petitioner the one with the crime or the Phillipine?
