Hello Everyone, our case is at NVC stage case number generated. I need help on the following questions:

1) I sent an email to NVC using the email option for DS-3032 and I equally sent them the hardcopy of DS-3032 form (Choice of Address and Agent Form). I hope that will not complicate things;

2) Do we send original hard copies of documents to NVC by regular mail?

Thanks for your kind consideration.

1. It was kind of redundant sending in both an email and mail. They're going to probably get to your email first and respond to that. Don't be too worried though as it seems a lot of people send in both. It shouldn't hurt your case at all. But if you had asked first, I would have recommended just email.

2. You have to send NVC either originals or certified copies of certificates (birth, marriage, divorce). It CANNOT be photocopies. And like another member suggested, definitely get a tracking number with your package so you can see when your package (containing your original/certified copies) arrive at NVC.

No, you just need one set of originals/certified copies. Those are sent to NVC. The consulate/embassy will receive those from NVC in time for the interview. I would suggest bringing a photocopy of everything you submit to the interview, just in case.
