The conversation was about African Americans. You then brought up drug abuse, no one else. You claim that in Mississippi there is no poverty other than that. You labelled everyone who lives in this state with your snide comments. Go back and read your post. No one mentioned child neglect until now, apparently you assume they are guilty of that too.

The OP was not about race. You made it about race, and apparently, you still are. I suggest you look at this as an American problem, and stop trying to blame America's problems on one demographic group, or another.
