I just wanted to say "hello" and to thank whomever started (sponsored) this site. It is wonderful. I also, wanted to tell my story. I am so much in love.

I met him two years ago, while vacationing at one of those all inclusive resorts. He worked there as one of the lifeguards. Anyway, me and my gfs were swimming and decided to go over to the deep end . . . well our lifeguard was asleep. I went over and woke him up with "wake the f.... up and splashed water on him. When he did he said he saw the woman of his dreams (me). Wasnt for me. During my first stay he was sooooo very persistent, doing everything from ringing my hotel room phone off the hook (literally) to sending persons to me with messages. I blew him off. This was Jamaica, the fun place and I did not take him seriously. I said I would meet him on two different occassions and stood him up both times. He waited for me for about 3-4 hours each time before giving up. My last day . . . I actually did meet with him only because I felt bad for standing him up. "making me eat grass" as he puts it. Well, during our first date I realized that he was a little different . . (countryman) and I was apprective of that. We started talking on the phone and he was serious about me. He was willing to have and make a real committment to me. Since then I have been to Jamaica more times then I really care to go (including going back next month).

I wanted to see if what we had is real or if I was wasting my time. I went and lived with him and his family for 2 months in the Jungle. Now let me tell you . . . if that is not love I dont know what is. There was no TV, internet and little food. We washed our clothoes by hand and hung them up on a hill (ringing them out was a nitemare). We had NO running water . . we had to pull water up the hill in buckets and hot water was a memory. Cooking consisted of what we killed or was able to pull out of the ground ("yellow yam") and we wont even mention the bugs, insects and the fact that it was mango season and the flies were out by the millions (I am not lying, I am sure I ate a few). But in spite of all of this I throughly enjoyed by self and have been back twice since. His family adores me and I am basically known as Brooks' woman and not my name. I love this man with all my being. He shows me continually how much I mean to him by everything he does . . .

I am now in the process of K-1. So that is my love story. Thank you for reading.
