Thanks for the information.

One more question: does the sponsor (Affidavit of Support)have to earn above the poverty level for all recent 3 years? Or the current annual income above that level is sufficient?

My wife began working as a babysitter last year with the income of around 20 years. Before that she didn't work.

Hi, again!

Just received a case update for my wife's petition (she's a US citizen) from USCIS website:

"On September 19, 2012 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

All status circles (Acceptance, Initial Review, Decision, Post Decision Activity) are grey, i.e. blank.

Can you tell me what it can be?
