earlier post K1 visa got dined, even both fiance's attend the interview,so it's not matter

Bad assumption.. The one that was denied was denied due to the evidence provided and the CO's perception of the relationship at the interview.. both could have been overcome by better preparation.

The opportunity to be at the HCMC interview is a plus in the eyes of those that were not allowed to do so in years past.

Thank you you all. I will try my best to come to the interview with her. If we walk out with a pink on that day, that would be the best thing that ever happens to me as of now in my life. I will definitely spend the next 1 week with her there to celebrate, ask her to show me more of her hometown, all the places such as her schools that she went to when she was little and listen to her stories because she is about to go away from her hometown, her country,...We then would travel to some nice places in Vietnam to relax, shopping for the things that she would like to bring to the U.S.. We'll take lots of pictures and videos.

At that time it would be around December, perfect time for the end of the year where I get more than a week off. This is the best time for me and for her to go search for an apartment, buy some stuff such as the bed, kitchen ware,... so when I go back to work in January, she can stay home decorating and does some cooking for her not to get bored... Each day after work, I would take her to the beach and the park where i live and we go for jogging, .. i can start to teach her how to drive in the parking lot....

Can't believe I'll be married in half a year with the one i love so much and so does she.

and then we live happily ever after...the end!

hope it works out for you.

Don't make your return trip plans in stone. You may have to wait for the visa to be issued. Could be longer than a 2 week trip.

You can find the documents that she needs to complete on the HCMC website. Click the K visa link in my signature below.

We just got Pk3 in the mail. You guys are very helpful.

Anh Map,

There is a newer package instructions here:
