Hi, I am filling my I-765 along with my green card application, as everybody here has suggested. I came here on student visa and I already got two EAD cards. Both of them were for OPT, one was three years ago, and the other is still valid (it won't expire until the end of the year). I know I need to choose yes for question 11, but regarding the dates. I am not sure what to put there. The dates they accepted my application, the date my cards became valid? Also for question 15, current immigration status, since I am on OPT, should I put student: post-completion OPT. This is on my EAD.

Question 11: It's the date that you applied, so the date that USCIS accepted your application. Make sure to include a copy of your previous cards if you have them.

Question 15: Student post-completion OPT sounds fine for Q15.
