it would be helpful to us in order to help you if we knew which country your hubby is in and which consulate he'll be interviewed at.

However, at this point, your hubby can expect an envelope from the consulate, maybe in a month or 2, with some forms for him to fill out, and return to them. You'll also need to have an affidavit of support filled out and send to him, form I-134 with accompanying documents. After he sends the checklist and stuff back to the consulate, it'll be another month or 2, give or take, til he gets an interview.

HELLO EVERYBODY!! I am new to this . I received my K3 approval for my husband. I need to know what to expect next and how long? Any information will be appreciated. What forms will be needed at the embassy interview???
