My wife is from el Salvador, but we got married in Mexico. The Ciudad Juarez consulate already asked her to set up an interview date. Is it posible to move her interview to El Salvador instead of having her come all the way to The North o lf Mexico? The life Act says that interview must happen in country of marriage, does anyone know if there is any way around that?

For the K3 the interview is required in the country where you are married. I-130 is not as restricted.

Are you sure you are on the K3 path? I haven't seen a K3 go to embassy stage in a very long time, they usually get closed at NVC stage and you are forced to go the CR-1 route.

You seem very confused. The Texas Service Center has had NOTHING to do with your case. A K3 visa MUST be interviewed for in the country the marriage took place but I'm not at all sure you're on any K3 visa path. Was your wife living in Mexico when you filed the petition? Did you pay a fee to the National Visa Center after your petition was approved? Did you file only an I-130 petition or did you follow that by filing an I-129F petition for spouse?
