You really really need to do the research when you are doing this process.

She cannot leave the USA without AP or green card and expect to re-enter because they will not allow her back in unless she has AP or a green card.

You must marry after entry and file AOS AP EAD - AP takes 3-4 months and AOS takes 4-5 months aprox. You have to add on how ever long it takes you to marry and file AOS to that time length.

If she leaves and does not have AP or a green card, you will have to file for a spousal visa and start all over again.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Moving from K1 Process & Procedures to Working & Traveling During US Immigration forum.

Before your fiancee can travel outside of the US after entering on a K1 visa, she will need Advanced Parole or the Adjustment of Status Process will need to be complete and she has the green card. As Inky already stated, you would need to get married after she arrives before pursuing the documentation I reference.
