Need Help with visa forms

I have filled my all forms. So here is list

K1-

DS230 part 1

DS156K

DS156 * 2

DS157 * 2

DS2001

K2

DS230 Part 1

My Questions

Q1- I know that we do not need to send any additional documents becuase we need to take them in interview. DS156K form says that following documents must be attached in order to apply for Fiancee visa. I am confused.

Q2- Do I need to write a cover letter along with all these forms or DS2001 is a kind of cover letter

Q2- K2 Visa applicant is 8 years old. Does child need to sign form or i can sign on her forms as i filled on her behalf.

Ignore the forms... they are not specific to visa type or embassy. Follow instructions on London embassy website.Yes write a cover letter and include date of medical and proposed wedding date. A far of wedding date will get you a far off interview date so take that in to account.Yes I believe you sign the form for the child.
