Hi I am PR married to a USC and we are in the process of removing conditions but I am afraid that I have insufficient evidences. Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

we have:

2010 Joint lease

2011 joint lease

My DL and my husband's ID with same address (His DL is suspended)

Comcast bills with both names

Health Insurance Cards with both names

My amended Tax returns with w2 (he owes back child support so we don't file jointly)

Collection letters addressed to him

we dont have any credit cards or jont bank account because of his credit.

Mail addressed to the both of you.

Bank statements (individual or joint) showing the same address.

Car insurance policy showing your shared address.

WE have been married for almost 3 years and he did not file taxes for 2010 and 2011. He did in 2009 but with the adrees before we got married. He does not have a bank account and cannot open one because he is in chex system. We recently bought a car but it is registered only in my name because his license is suspened for unpaid tickets totaling $1200. He lost his job last year and it is hard on us financially. We just cannot afford to pay for those tickets right now.
