1-Need to know what exactly the documents that I have to include in package for i130??

2-do i have to translate my birth and marriage certificate to English and where exactly to do that in Cairo?

Do i have to send all original papers plus notarize the translated ones?

For submitting the I-130, documents that are not in English will need to be translated. Anyone can do the translation as long as they sign the required attestation statement that states the translation is accurate and the person doing the translating is competent to do so.

Only photocopies will be sent to USCIS.

"To use the marriage certificate in the U.S., it should be translated into English at the Notary Public Authority-located on 57 Ramses Street, Cairo. The fee is 15.00LE for each page. It takes 1-2 days to receive the translation, which must then be authenticated by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (11.00 LE) and authenticated by the American Citizen Services Unit at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo ($50.00).

Please note: If you do obtain an English marriage certificate from the Egyptian Ministry of Justice Translation office, you DO NOT need to have it authenticated at the American Embassy to use for immigration in the United States."

do I have to send my birth certificate the (non USC) and translate it to English? Do i have to include our pictures together in the i130 package?
