Just a touch over 9 months. A criminal history and deportation make it interesting.

A missed I-130 interview for me back in California to spice things up.

Then I wake up to two emails in my inbox from USCIS.

Both my I-130 and I-129F have been approved.

Hey so ... those of you that know my situation and my spouse's history,

will his deportation stuff lead to scrutiny if he makes it to the consular

interview?

It was totally out of left field ... or out of the blue ... or something.

So after the NOA2 .... when do I start calling the NVC about our case?

In a couple weeks maybe?
