God is so good!!! when I felt losing hope he lifted me up "On June 5, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Thank you all my supportive friends here in vj.... to others who are still waiting for the approval, just hang on there and pray that's the only weapon to have during this visa journey .... :)

ours took 5 mos..we got the noa1 for 130 petition on Jan 4 and for 129f jan 19....so ur application will be next month. My husband called uscis last june 3rd ( that day our papers turned 5 mos. ). so keep calling usics once the 5 mos processing is past .. start updating uscis.. and keep on praying... good luck .

hi! my wife applies k3 visa in USA on 24th feb,can u plz tell me how much time its take for all process and how it works??? i have nt got any response from immigration,plz reply,thnkx.

FYI: The two petitions you have filed are likely to end up at the NVC at the same time. Per NVC policy, when they have an approved I-130 on station, the I-129F is administratively closed.

Since there is a 99% chance that the above will happen, you will want to study the NVC steps that are necessary for the CR-1 visa process if you have not already done so.

May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
