Follow-up question.

If a substantial part of the income is bonus/commission based, how would you fill that out correctly? Just note the salary part there, and get an employer letter explaining the bonus/commission structure?

If the commission is paid periodically, I would take, for example the gross earnings through the end of May, divide by 5 and multiply by 12.

Once paid, it takes a couple days to go from "in process" to "paid". If it is "not invoiced", they are not ready to receive the payment yet.

What address appears on AOS barcode coversheet?

You send you supporting documents to the address on barcode coversheet.

Do you print AOS barcode coversheet after you pay your AOS bill?

I also have a question involving the 1-864 process and paperwork. My wife and I have just passed the I-130 stage of the process and I am now starting to collect my paperwork for the next step. Now in regards to the I-864, Due to my unemployment status abroad (no income on my part past 3+ yrs) we are having my father sponsor my wife so he has already filled out the I-864 and well exceeds minimum requirements. Now, do I need to fill out an I-864 as well? If so, am I considered a joint sponsor with my father?

Any help appreciated.
