They have a step by step guide that helps you with the forms and everything you need. Have you had a look at that?

You need to include a lot more than just the forms.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Make sure you use the guides and FYI in that lis of just the forms you are going to need one more G325 and you may as well forget the I131 if you have overstayed your visitor status, which I am assuming you have if you have been married over two years - you will risk being barred from entry.

You will need to three G-325As (two for you and one for your wife).

You do not fill out Form I-864, your wife fills out this form. If your wife doesn't meet the income requirements-- then you will need to find a joint sponsor and they also fill out an I-864.

Don't forget all of the tax information that is needed also, as well as a copy of your wife's proof of US Citizenship.

Edit:

Just read your other thread, if your income from your Canadian business will continue even after you move to the US then you can also use your income if needed to meet the financial requirements. I suggest you read the instructions to Form I-864.

Yes, Please just read the guide first

It doesn't only tell you what form you need, it also tells you what supporting documents you need.

Hi All:

I have a quick question regarding the form I-765. So, I am aware of the "package" for AOS, but what I am unsure is that on the instruction form for I-765 it says that applicants submitted this form as c9 (AOS through immediate relative of a US citizen) who are filing form I-485 with USCIS Chicago Lockbox facility and your receipt number begins with "MSC"...and so on. Is that mean that I-756 is not submitted ALONG with I-485 and I-130 but rather, first send the I-130 and I-485 in and once they sent back a receipt number then submit I-765? It seems to me from this board that everybody submitted this I-765 IN THE SAME PACKAGE as the other two forms (and the documents along) so I just would like someone to confirm this.

Thank you, and all the best for all of you!

It is sent in the same package. You do not send it by itself.

Thank you (with a cherry on top)! :)

Please take care!

Yes, everything is compiled and sent concurrently in an organized package. The forms are used many different ways and aren't really designed to cater to concurrent filing, so sometimes you have to disregard things like that. They will fill in your A number etc. themselves nice they process the package and issue you one.

It can be a little confusing with things like that and like for Canadians who have no I-94 and yet it is asked for several times. (do not leave those spots blank)

Thank you, thank you! Yes, it is a little confusing. There's many things that I don't know exactly what to do with as I'm not like most who just came to the US a couple years ago and ready to get married to a US citizen. Like, I grew up here (of course on a non-immigrant visa always via my parents) so I already have an "A" number. As a teenager, numerous times I've applied for EAD and got it as I wanted to work during my high school years. I've got all the medical shots from the US (except the ones before age 5 when we were still living in my home country). So it is all weird to me to find what I need, or what I might NOT need for being here in the US for basically almost my whole life. So, it is not only you being a Canadian who has a hard time...:) Me too! :) But oh well, I think all of us have some different stories to go to and hence these forms that were issued and printed for "one scenario" doesn't necessary fits for all. That's why we're unique! LOL :)

Good luck to you too! And thanks for your response! :)

All the best!

1) For Form I-130 you need two G-325As, one for you and one for USC-- you both complete and sign your respective G-325A's.

2) For Form I-485, you need one G-325A-- this is also for you, you are the applicant, you complete and sign.

In summary, you complete and sign two, your wife completes and signs one.

3) It makes no difference. Some people mark "status as PR" and others mark "other" and write "concurrent I-130/I-485". The USCIS will figure it out either way.
