What visa are you adjusting from? You have no timeline and no information, so it is nearly impossible to give you correct information for your situation.

How much do I have to pay for filling all the forms at the same time ?? So confused ?

You don't give any details of your situation.

Assuming this is a marriage-based adjustment:

- If you already have an approved or pending I-130 petition and are filing I-485, I-765 and I-131 together, the fee is $1020

- If you are filing I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 toether, the fee is $1490 which may be paid either as a single check or split into $1020 (I-485) and $470 (I-130).

The fees for the I-765 and I-131 are "included" in the $1020 I-485 fee, i.e. the I-765 and I-131 are free when filed with an associated I-485.

Um, your numbers are off. I-130 is $420 and I-485 is $1070.

We have no idea what the OP is attempting to do, so I think it's best to wait for some answers. If we, for instance, talk about I-130 when the case is really AOS from K-1, then we are creating more problems for the OP.

I just noticed that you did give some more details in your other post. It's best to include a summary of your situation (how you entered, when you married, what forms have been filed and petitions approved etc) at the start of a new topic or in your "timeline" so people don't have to go rooting around.

But to confirm, the fee you need to include is $1070. The $420 that chimcham was referring to would be for a concurrently-filed I-130 petition, but you already have an approved I-130 so you don't need to pay that again. As mentioned in the other thread, do include a copy of the approval notice from your petition with the I-485 + I-765 + I-131 packet.

Edit: corrected typo/thinko in fee amounts, thanks Harpa

I agree. Just a note to point out that it's free to file I-765 and I-131 concurrently with I-485, which is why OP is only paying the fee for I-485.

Might as well file I-131, it's free and there is no risk or penalty to do so. Before *using* the advance parole though, you should very carefully assess how much (if any) unlawful presence you have built up (different to being out of status) and whether there's any possibility of incurring a ban. You can make that assessment and decision later, there's no reason not to file the I-131 now.
