Received I-797E Notice

So we received this notice today but this is where it gets confusing. It's a blue paper and attached to it are the requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

FORM G-325A

PHOTOS (PASSPORT-STYLE FOR PETITIONER AND BENEFICIARY)

nothing else in particular. Any suggestions? the top of the page reads: ***each petition must have its own set of supporting documents in the event that your petitions become separated. Also, each petition's response to a Service request must be accompanied by its blue I-797. DO i just send those 2 main required documents? Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like an RFE (request for evidence), i would research RFE's and how to respond, and make sure you send it in a timely manner.
