Hi does anyone know what application type I mark an X in on my I485 if i'm here on a visitor visa I'm married for almost 2 years and have decided to go this route for greencard but nothing in there list makes sense to me?

06/16/2012 Mailed package chicago lock box I130,I485,I131,I765

06/18/2012 Delivered

06/24/2012 received hard copies NOA for all

07/13/2012 applied for expedite I131 over phone

07/16/2012 received email notifying me of expedite received

07/16/2012 received bio letter appt 08/09/2012

07/17/2012 tried to do bio walkin at san jose(denied)

07/17/2012 did bio walkin in oakland success

07/23/2012 received email/text notice that my I765 was approved card is in production

07/23/2012 received email/text notice that my I131 was approved and mailed out

07/26/2012 received another text saying my I765 was approved card is in production

07/26/2012 received 3rd email/text saying my I765 was approved card is in production

07/27/2012 received email/text saying card mailed to address on file

07/27/2012 received email/text saying usps picked up mailed with my card to be delivered within 7 days

coming to the USA I never used a i94 so I guess I leave that blank, also I have a business in Canada do I list this in my occupation as self employed?

Yeah don't leave it blank...you put Canadian Visitor in all those spots. Do NOT leave blank spots it will only result in an RFE.

If your last entry was that long ago (sounds like it was over two years ago) you may be requested to show proof of legal entry.

Hope you have been paying taxes somewhere on that business. You have been living here two years or more so technically you are supposed to be paying taxes here even on worldwide income.

You are including Form I-130 according to the instructions in the Guide, right?: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2

The answer for question 1 is (a) because you are including a "relative . . . petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved" as stated in the parentheses. The I-130 is the relative petition that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved.

Be sure to include a copy of your Canadian passport and any entry stamp you got on May 22, if you were given one.
