They don't care. They only care that you meet the required support amount for the intending immigrants. If you don't you just use a co-sponsor.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

First things first, are you a USC? Are you the petitioner?

Contrary to what was posted previously, they DO care, that's why you have to meet certain requirements.

Yes i am a us citizen and also im the petitioner...just worry about my lack of jobs but i have a co sponsor ready later on ... I was referring to the beginnging of the process when we get a NOA2 will i be likely get denied becuz of lack of jobs or at that time they focus mainly on a true relationship???

No. Inky was correct when she told you they do not care. Jobs and income only come into play at the interview stage. If you meet the income requirements, great. If not, you have cosponsor, so you're fine.

Right, nobody cares. Carry on.

You will not be required to meet any financial criteria until you and your spouse file for AOS. At that time you will need to meet the criteria of an income that equates to 125% over the poverty line for yourself, all of your dependents and your immigrant spouse. If you cannot meet that requirement you will need to have a sponsor.

This is wrong. You have to meet it at the interview for the K-1. Financial criteria is 125% for the K-1 interview for sponsoring. The same thing for the AOS.

Excuse me? I was answering the OP's question.

More misinformation.

Proof of petitioner's income is required for the interview in the K1 process.
