Guidance of a question #32 on DS-230 form.

Heyy so i am doing my packet 3 forms and i stumbled upon this question which asks list the last 10 years of employment now my situation is that i am not employed full time for any company or anything like that however i have worked for several agencies who send you around the local area if there is any job going on but the problem is its never been stable and i remember that the most time i have worked via agencies is around 3-4 weeks. Now my question is do i even bother listing the name of agencies and writing down that i have done month of work? Thanks for your help (:

As a suggestion, get your employment history from your tax records.

Why? would i need to bring it to the interview or something?
