Expired DS 230 form on State Dept. Website

Hey everybody, I have a quick question.

I'm gathering all of the necessary documents to send to my fiancé in Ghana for his upcoming K-1 visa interview. When I went to the State Dept's website to fill out and print the DS 230 form, I noticed that the form expires on 4/30/2012. The embassy did not include this form in my fiancé's packet 3. Do I just need to wait and see when they update the form, or has anyone found an updated version on the State Dept website? Any advice you can give would be helpful.

I've read somewhere on another thread that the date isn't an expiry date for US, it's more like a 'recommended form replacement date' for the State Dept. Apparently they try to update a new form around the expiry date but don't always meet that goal. If it's on their website today, I think you are safe to use the form.
