I am getting ready to send out my package. Please look over and tell me if I got everything

Form I-130- Petition for Alien Relative

G-1145

Money order of 420 dollars- Department of Homeland Security

Copy of beneficiary passport and Visa

Copy of I-94 (back and front)

Copy of I-20 even though I'm out of status

G-325a for Petitioner

G-325a for Beneficiary

Copy of Birth Certificate for Petioner

Copy of Birth Certificate for Beneficiary

Copy of Marriage Certificate

1 pp photo of petitioner

1 pp photo of beneficiary

Joint bank account info

Light bill in both our names

Car insurance in both our names

P.S. my name is not currently on the lease as it expires in July, I will add my name when he renew it then

Form I-485-

Money Order payable to Department of homeland security- 1070

Copy of passport and visa

Copy of I-20

Beneficiary birth certificate (I sent original cuz I have more)

Marriage Certificate (original I have extras)

Please let me know if there is anything else that's missing....y'all help is greatly appreciated

For the sponsorship, there need to be 3 years of tax return, if you didn't file, you need to write them why. Also, I would get a letter of employment.

Assuming you attached pics to G-325a it looks good.

For I-765 you need to attach a copy of I-20 as well.

4/04/2012 (Day 13) - Received a letter for biometrics appointment for 4/20/2012.
4/20/2012 (Day 29) - Biometrics done
5/03/2012 (Day 42) - Status online changed to interview, scheduled for June 11
5/16/2012 (Day 55) - EAD Card Production, online status update
5/24/2012 (Day 63) - EAD Card in the mail
6/11/2012 (Day 83) - Interview, approved on the spot

05/19/2014 (Day 0) - Mailed I-751

05/27/2014 (Day 8) - Received NOA1

You don't need 3 years of tax returns. You need either one year or three years.

Proof of employment is required but they have that already, with paystubs. No need for employment letter.

I glanced quickly through your list and it looks good to me. No AP, though? (Maybe you are too long out of status?)

Based on what I have read on here, I don't need to send in 3 yrs tax return. Should I attach pics to the G-325a? Also, wedding pics are included as well.

Thank you much Harpa. And you are right about me being out of status for too long...:-) I have no intention of traveling soon but hopefully for Christmas.
