how long does it take to recieve text and email ?

hi guys,

just wanted to know how long does it take to get the text and email confirmation from the uscis that they have recieved the N-400 application ?

i sent my case on 1st june and its been delivered yesterday 4th of june.

when should i expect to get the confirmation ?

note : i'm not talkin abt the NOA , i'm talking abt the recieving confirmation.

Any suggestions Please ?

06/01/2011 - Mailed ROC package to VSC

06/03/2011 - Package arrived and signed for at VSC

06/06/2011 - NOA receipt date

06/09/2011 - Check cashed

06/10/2011 - NOA arrived in the mail

06/24/2011 - Biometrics appointment letter arrived in the mail

07/19/2011 - Biometrics appointment

06/29/2011 - Early Biometrics

02/15/2012 - Baby Boy Born

03/13/2012 - Approved

03/21/2012 - Card Received

There are few members here that haven't received the email/text confirmation from USCIS. It's not 100 percent reliable. I'd say give them at least two days from the time they receive it. Most likely, It was in their office but it wasn't opened yet. Good luck!

It's a box of chocolate, you will NEVER know what and when you are going to get.

Just be patient, I've learned that after they took their sweet time on my ROC which is still pending after a year now.

If you have included the form for the email confirmation, you should receive email in 2-3 days. First data needs to be entered into their system. As long as you have the receipt of delivery you should be ok.

Thanks. Our N600 was delivered to the Phoenix address on June 6 at 6:06 pm. What happens if I do not receive a text, email or anything!

nothing coz sometimes you would get it and sometimes not so don't worry just closely watch your bank ... once they cash your check you'll be fine.

Hope you are right. I sometimes think i have bad luck on communication , lost mail, etc. I am hoping that I get a text or email confirmation and they cash the check. According to USPS they just delivered the n600 package to the USCIS address on June 6 at 6:00. Seems late in the day to deliver mail.

From reading the other posts about N600 and other applications regarding how this communicatin works it seems some people get their text-email confirmations in just like 3-4 days with the check cashed but for others it seems like its several weeks.
