I am confused on what to put on part 1 of the affidavit of support. I am the petitioner and I also have a joint sponser......do I answer A or E (I am the first)

Then on part 5 I am sponsoring my husband so do I not put him down as one on C ?

no, you are the petitioner, you will fill out your I864 as the petitioner. the joint sponsor will fill out their own i864 as the only joint sponsor if you don't have 2 joint sponsors. you can have up to 2 joint sponsors.
