Hey everyone,

I was just looking for feed back about evidence documents for our interview on June 8/12. We are adjusting from a K-1. Below is a list of what we are bringing to the interview. Does it look complete, is there anything we may be missing? We have no children, no criminal anything, both speak English. We did make copies of important documents that they can not keep the original.

Our interview notice

Vaccination supplement

Affidavit of support

2011 tax return we filed jointly

W-2's

Letter from employer verifying employment and latest two months in pay stubs.

EAD/AP card

Passport

I-94s

Birth Certificate for both applicant and petitioner

Marriage certificate

Divorce decree

Bank statements in both names from two banks which we bank with

Life insurance policy

Car title in both names

Lease agreement for our condo

Phone/internet/cable/water/electric, etc bills

Joint MasterCard

Medical insurance cards and paper work

AAA joint account

Pictures of trips together throughout our relationship, pictures with family get together with both of us, wedding photos with us and family.

The affidavit and W-2's are for petitioner only so you are correct. The income tax was for both of us as we were married so we filed as married jointly.
