NVC hasn't received my petition papers

My notice date is May 14,2012 and NVC hasn't received it when I called them. The person I spoke to said I need to email them a copy of the notice. Im really nervous about this. Anybody experiencing same problem? Thank You

Took me 27 days, around 25 I called a senator and they may have sped things up, I was in a time crunch

Keep contact with the NVCresearch team and if you manage to get ahold of the NVC supervisors they can check via your last name or SSN if the case has even been processed at all in/since the shipping section. The NVC's been really backlogged lately

Those of us who got out NOA2 on or after MAY 14th 2012...GUESS what our appilcations are still sitting at CSC waiting for then to compile enough to sent to NVC in new hamshire!! Outrage!!!

On May 14, 2012, my I-129F my PETITION FOR FIANCE was approved (so thats the good news!) BUT!!!!!!!!!

I still havent got a case number yet from NVC, despite my daily calls to NVC...so today I called USCIS (as its been 3 weeks and more than 15 business days) and I spoke with a supervisor after waiting for 45 minutes and we found out its still sitting at USCIS CSC office as they only send out approved petitions from time to time and they are waiting to compile enough to send out to NVC...crazy or what!!!! Not fair!!! We all wait so long to be re-united with our loved ones and our packet is sitting around still!!! They said hopefully by the end of this week it will go out to NVC..grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

So i did a little research scrolling back on this posting and

All the people who got approved just 5 days before us (like May 7.8.9,10,11)went to the NVC and got case numbers (and yes I have genuinely happy for all of you!!! ) around May 20-23rd exactly 2 weeks.

But those of us who got out NOA2 on or after MAY 14th 2012...GUESS what our appilcations are sitting at CSC waiting for them to "get enough applications to send all at once"

HAVENT WE WAITED LONG ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At least we have each other to vent!!!

just have more patience i noticed this past few months NVC stage is really getting slow, soon you'll have your MNL case #.

Yeah I think you're right about them sending them in chunks I remember them telling me about that when I called once. I just googled Oklahoma State Senators and it came up with the 2 republicans and their contact information; it's per-state. Then just ask about their constituent services concerning the Department of State, National Visa Center. They'll look into it and get back to you most likely

wow, May 2nd? man, this sucks. Did you send an email to NVCresearch@state.gov? I called today, and they told me to email to that address. My last email NVCinquiry took exactly one week to return. I hope we'll get our numbers soon. Just keep hoping.

we got approved may 15,2012 but until now our case was not yet received by NVC....

guess the 129f needs an extra checkbox to optionally pay an additional $0.36 for immediate postagte once approved??? Might even save the post office as well.

I too was approved at CSC on Monday May 14th 2012....now is this SNAIL MAIL or WHAT!!! lol
