Vaccinations in Juarez??

I know we are going to need vaccinations for the spouse visa, and my wife is 25, she will be getting the vaccinations. I was wondering if anyone knows which vaccinations she will need. The medical center in juarez told us just the Tdap, MMR, and chicken pox. If she had the Tdap and MMR in the last 4 years, will she need new ones?? And since she already had chicken pox, will she need that vaccination or how de we prove she already had it?? Thanks
