Yup I'm a former LB resident of 8 years. Lived around the corner from 10th & Redondo.

Had my medical marijuana card and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf near me .... I miss my life!

I'd recommend going to the LB Gay Pride parade. I can almost guarantee you will have

a great time whilst enjoying the best of California weather

I'm in Long Beach, been here since the end of April of this year.

I love the bike lanes (though sad as I'm always the only bike on them) and the Los Angeles bike trail is closeby. My goal is to bike from where I am in North Long beach down to the marina area.

But since I don't have a car, I'm stuck around my area and haven't explored much.

Not in LB and not in envy....but Belmount Shores has nice areas of the California life. Beaches, Biking and sweet places to enjoy the Ocean!!!

Now that u have the area

Good Luck with the Fiance Visa...and hope you are doing your personal search on him :innocent:
