i-130 question 13 for US Citizenship

I am about to file an i-130 but I am stuck with question 13 (how citizenship was acquired). I was born in the Philippines but have obtained citizenship through my father when I was 5. I have a form fs-240 (Consular Report of Birth Abroad). I know I have to choose "parents," but is my fs-240 a certificate of citizenship in my own name? Or should I answer "No" to that question?

I called the USCIS to ask them about that but they said that I would have to make an appointment at the Jacksonville office or call an immigration lawyer. I think it's stupid that I would have to travel all the way to Jacksonville for just one question. So if anyone can help me clarify this, it would be great. ^^

Since your father was a USC that is cearly how you acquired citizenship.

Of course the CRBA is under your name, it is for YOUR birth is it not?

Oh okay. Now the question is asking for a certificate number.. Is it the number at the top right of the fs-240?
