Guys what do you think about August VB?? Why its moving to slow? Not even 2 months.

It's the last quarter and I hope each pd it moves 3 months. There has GOT be some big movements because since last year and a half it has been steady but nothing great!

Last year they wasted 10000 visa's and I have been reading Ron gotchers blog and he says that the Oppenheimer or whatever his name is a great man and his aim in life is to not waste visas's!!!?? BTW, he is my lawyer for my family! I am not a very religious man, but I think all we can do is pray that the software that they use has a y2k BUG after 12 years and all the PD's are close to current!!!

My prediction is somewhere may-10

With the current speed of movement, I would anticipate the PD to be 01APR2010 (6 weeks) for August bulletin..

I am pretty sure in most US Embassies Abroad you have to supply new evidence of financial support (new I-864, Tax returns and letter from your Employer) and also new police certificates. Most Consulates require evidence that is not more than 12 months old----hope this helps

YOU NEED TO SUBMIT 2011 IRS ACCOUNT TRANSCRIPT. YOU CAN GET ONE FROM IRS LOCAL OFFICE AND SEND TO YOUR SPOUSE.

POLICE CERTIFICATE IS VALID FOR SIX MONTHS DEPENDS ON COUNTRY. CHECK WITH YOUR CONSULATE.

An immigrant visa interview has been scheduled for my wife at the U.S. Embassy/Consulate in

ADDIS ABABA on July 3, 2012 at 08:00 am.

I filed to my wife on 2010 and NVC received DS_230, police certificate, Affidavit support i-864 other certificates written below.

It should have been 2.5 months, not two years and six months. That guy quoted wrongly.

I SEE THAT ONLY ON 2006 DAY GAVE OUT VISAS CLOSE TO LIMIT. But till 2010 they did not waist visas for I don't now why.i think each year they have 88000 to spend.if im not right correct me plz
