its not like two streams of visa interview letters issance.....they are issueing only once in the month depending on the country...and that is why people of few countries are getting the interview letter early and few late....but that does not mean that they are issueing in two different groups or lots...

so i think better to accept the reality that it wont move beyond 15th of march 2010 and stop making different types of arguments and hopes ...and one more thing being positive is good until the result but after getting the result it wont affect much....

i dont want to hurt anyone's feelings but i find necessary to write this......and i heartly wish that my opinion in this matter will be proved wrong by dos or nvc...

I agreed. Last month DOS made established late interview LETTER because of Memorial day, This month DoS made early established interview LETTER because of 4th of July.

My prediction for August VB will be 22 March 2010.

Good luck to all F2a filers.

Please help.... If I am making about $12000/ yr and my co-sponsor is making $15000/ yr, would that be enough to support my husband??? Please, any advice would help. Thank you

Hello Mrs PJ,

I also had the same problem.. And I went with an option of assets to meet the income requirement. I Used my husbands bank account back in India to meet the requirement.

Here is the link to the page which would describe you more about using the asset.. I have been researching on this from months... and have got to this solution..

If you have any question on understanding how to count asset even after reading the below article.. don't hesitate to contact me!! I would help you out.

The article is from ***removed*** , its not letting me to paste the link here.. it removes the website name

Nope......Joint Sponsor and Co-sponsor, the difference is the same....If the original sponsor cannot meet the minimim income requirements, then a joint/co-sponsor is required and the joint/co-sponsor MUST meet the minimum requirements ALONE. So, Mrs. PJ's case, it's a NO.

Thank you so much guys. You have been really helpful. I had the same issue understanding the minimum income requirements. I tough it should had been the addition of my income and my co sponsor, but I was wrong. So, i got to find myself a new joint sponsor. Thank God I did find someone who meets required income.
