Hello Guys..

Yesterday One of ma friend who is a citizen came to meet me with his wife. The wife just came from india. According to them, in their case even though the income shown was more than what waas required. They still asked for extra sponcers? :crying:

And even in ma case they said that I would require an extra sponcer. I have shown the income and assets combination and satisfying the 2012 HHS Poverty Guidelines!! And The case is already completed at NVC still they can ask for extra sponcer at interview?? The people who have got their interviews done plz reply and post yr feedback on this!! That wud be really Appreciated!! I knw this is not the thread to ask this question but just posted to get people attention who got their interviews. Plz guys plz give us yr feedback. Its a long wait and top of it this time of scenarios make me frustrated :bonk:

Ma prediction is still April for August!! Expectation hurts so I am not expecting big jump!! wud Love to blow away with suprise if they jump more!!

It depends country consulate, some country US consulate asking some extra thinks but they don't have to, my friend hed same problem with sponsor, but it was enough yearly income even more, but they still askd him more sponsor, his lawyer right the letter to department of state about this, he complained them about consulate of country, and after letter they just did issue visa and shes hear already, my point is they can't doo that if you got exactly amount on your tax income

but they just asking they self out of rules, but still you can force them and get done with your right

India F2A Visa Bulletin

This table below shows Visa Bulletin Cutoff Dates for India F2A over the past several years. Month-to-month visa bulletin movement for the category is also calculated and displayed. Green colored texts mean your cutoff date advanced during that month; while red means backward or no movement. In addition, wait time is shown to reflect the severity of visa number retrogression, if any. Wait time is calculated by comparing the cut-off date and the corresponding visa bulletin month.

To see other countries and categories, go to the Visa Bulletin toolbox page.

chitagong my friend can you tell us that with interview letter which of the fresh documents they required with your wife at the time of interview in front of consular office specially i want to know either they are asking a fresh police certificate 2011 tax return and latest photo graph holing your reply we always keep remember to you and your family in our prays

MY PD 10TH MAY 2010

It depends on consulate. For example our PCC is valid for six months. As for tax returns you would need the 2011 for interview and I think they ask for most recent photographs ( our consulate also 6 months recent). Hope this helps :)

I hope by October the 2010 PDs will be done :) too optimistic, but still :)
