I went to Embassy in Tokyo for the interview today and received an approval:) yay!

My husband and I are incredibly lazy and super disorganized. No kidding. Our check bounced and we let the RFE marinated for a month on my husband's desk....but thanks to you & visa Journey, we did it! I'm happy. It took a long time... Thanks again everyone!
