Does Joint Sponsor Need Her Spouse To Sign an I-864A?

I'm using a joint sponsor for my AOS, since I only a few dollars over the 125% poverty guideline threshold. Anyway, my joint sponsor (my aunt) filed her 2011 tax return separately from her husband. For 2010, 2009, and 2008 they filed together. So right now I'm confused if my aunt's husband needs to sign a I-864A to accompany my aunt's I-864...

I hope someone can answer this question soon... doing the AOS paperwork right now. Thanks.

If the aunt makes enough on her own to meet the 125% requirement for her household size plus the intending immigrant, then there is no need for her spouse to fill out an I-864A. She only needs to provide her 2011 tax transcript, and for the years she filed jointly in 2010 and 2009, she needs to list her individual incomes for those tax years on #25.
